The ushers greet people in a welcoming manner as they arrive at the church. They also fill the bulletin bins and assist any parishioner that may need help.

More specifically during the Mass, they select volunteers to bring up the gifts, perform the collection, and dismiss the pews for communion.  At times, they might be asked to do an attendance count.
The goal would be to have four ushers on the church side and two ushers on the chapel side.

Is there a need for more participation in this ministry 
YES.  Ushers are in great need.    
Time commitment  10 minutes before Mass.  Duties are performed during the Mass you attend
